The room had sliding doors that overlooked the river. I found the view quite nice. All staff members were courteous. The little van bar was a great idea. I could enjoy a relaxing drink while watching the boats.
The welcome was quite curt WHEN I arrived. The offer to help me with my bags was not ideal. Breakfast service was all over the place. It needed better management. The website did not clearly state the spa was not open.

i really liked how close the hotel was to everything. the meals were excellent. the room had a balcony. it offered superb river views.
The restaurant felt too small, and diners were seated very close together. It was noisy!

The king room balcony offered an excellent river view. breakfast included a wide variety served directly at the table. dinner proved delicious. The staff exhibited consistent excellence and care. everything contributed to a feeling of quiet, shared delight.
I noted that the restaurant seemed smaller, which slightly impacted the dining atmosphere. It felt a bit too compact given the number of guests present.

The team always welcomed guests with warm smiles and genuine care. They accommodated our table preferences. everyone showed great politeness at both breakfast and dinner. such attentive service.

the staff demonstrated care and friendliness. breakfast and dinner menus presented excellent food choices. the entire hotel maintained super clean conditions. i appreciated the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere i really enjoyed the location and views from my room.
during my stay, i noticed a gap under the door, it let in light and created a draft. this made it difficult to sleep soundly. i hope they address this small issue to improve future guest experiences.
